to an arrest. >> meanwhile, a herndon man has pleaded guilty to shooting at the washington headquarters of the family research council. 28-year-old floyd corkins wounded a security guard last august. you might remember that corkins said he wanted to make a statement about gay marriage. the family research council opposes gay marriage. there will be a hearing on whether albrecht -- he is accused of murdering his wife in 2011. he had become weak from hunger strike while in jail. the judge has said he is unable to represent himself but said he is willing to reconsider after the upcoming hearing. >> talking about sequestration on capitol hill today.
